What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sharepoint Developer position at AllSTEM Connections?
We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst, SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and support API integrations connecting various archive repositories to a content management system (CMS), currently SharePoint Online. This role requires expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate Flows, and PowerApps to streamline and automate workflows.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement API integrations, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate Flows, and PowerApps .
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create detailed specifications, and deliver solutions.
Ensure API and automation solutions follow best practices and industry standards.
Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint, Power Platform, and API-related projects.
Conduct quality assurance reviews, provide documentation, and offer user training as needed.
Support content and CMS migrations.
Work independently and with vendors, business partners, and IT teams on development, standardization, and troubleshooting .
QualificationsEducation & Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Preferred Certifications :
Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate
Experience & Skills :
5 years of experience in API development and integration.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure design, and architecture .
Strong experience with SharePoint Online and related technologies.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SharePoint RestAPI, Graph API, JSON, XML .
Skilled in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and PowerShell .
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent, SPFx).
Ability to create detailed technical documentation and architecture diagrams .
No C2C or C2H candidates will be considered.
Preferred Skills
Power Platform Development : Building custom apps and automating workflows into business solutions.
Azure Development : Deploying and managing applications in the cloud, including API integrations.
API Development : Creating and managing API connections between software systems.
SharePoint Expertise : Utilizing native SharePoint features (this is not a SharePoint Administrator role).
