QUALIFICATIONS:-
The Technical/Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing all maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance activities. This role directs the maintenance team and subcontractors in the repair and maintenance of all aspects of the facility. Responsibilities include managing service work orders for expenses and capital projects to ensure accuracy and completion, supporting and overseeing the production process, and ensuring efficiency, product quality, and safety standards. The Technical/Production Supervisor will lead the maintenance and production teams, coordinate production schedules, and meet production goals. This position demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Oversight:
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure timely machinery repairs and upkeep.
- Create and maintain a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule.
- Oversee the implementation of major projects and equipment.
- Lead the maintenance team to deliver solutions that meet production needs.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS, & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Maintenance/Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production/technical management, focusing on food manufacturing and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in allergen-exposed environments.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
