Primary Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams, particularly those in marketing and distribution for alternative asset management. This role involves analyzing business needs, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with product teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand the needs of marketing and distribution teams.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing and distribution strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between the technology team and product teams in marketing and distribution.Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, issues, and changes.Ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the marketing and distribution teams.Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure the success of process changes.
- Technical Support : Provide technical support and guidance to marketing and distribution teams.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technology solutions.Assist in the training of end-users on new systems and tools.
- Project Management : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
