Key Responsibilities :
Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations based on urgency, location, and availability.
Answer and direct inbound customer calls , providing excellent service and support.
Coordinate service appointments , ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
Monitor and update job statuses in our scheduling system .
Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Provide administrative support to the customer service and dispatch teams.
What We’re Looking For :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field .
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills – able to juggle multiple tasks with efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills – a friendly and professional phone demeanor is a must!
- Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment .
- Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office .
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
