Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for preventative maintenance contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, facility managers, and property owners
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate customer needs and present tailored maintenance solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging HVAC technologies
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Sales Management with strong B2B experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance programs, and energy efficiency benefits
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
