What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Analyst position at AllTek Staffing & Resource Group?
The Quality Technician inspects, examines, and tests products and components.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, pressure gauges, etc.)
- Using advanced inspection equipment (e.g., FARO, CMM, etc.)
- Using computer software for NCR and M&TE control
- Calibrating and pre-setting M&TE
- Inspecting the full range of items, including Receipt, Critical Dimension, In-Process, Final inspections, and rebuilds (teardowns)
- Monitoring and recording the results of a factory acceptance test (FAT) for an assembly
- Mentoring Level I inspectors
Successful candidates will possess or have the ability to obtain the following qualifications:
- Mechanical Inspector certification at a minimum of Level II
- NDE Inspector certification at a minimum of Level II
- 5 or more years of experience in quality inspection for a manufacturer of durable goods
- Computer experience with an MRP/ERP system and Microsoft programs
- Ability to read/understand blueprints, specifications, and other design documents
- Ability to operate a forklift, crane, and other lifting equipment
- GDT experience
- Tooling calibration experience
- CMM or FARO arm experience
- Material Review Board (MRB) experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
