The Front Desk Administrator will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
