CNC Machine Operator
Responsibilities :
- Operate / monitor CNC machines during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Support the assembly floor and machine shop as needed.
- Produce machined parts to close tolerance dimensions.
- Program and troubleshoot machine controls using Mazatrol, Fanuc, Okuma G-code, or DynaPath software.
- Work efficiently to maintain production levels by operating multiple machines within a work cell.
- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality levels products with minimal wasted time and materials.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed
- Perform, but not limited to, the following tasks : milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, and inspect.
- Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance regarding machine set-up.
- Must be willing and able to work in a multi-tasked environment.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills and Experience :
Day Shift 6 / 7 AM until finish Monday -Friday, must be open to weekends, overtime and holidays as needed.
