Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the pulling and staging of Hardgoods for shipping throughout the day; boxing, bagging, marking, and wrapping as needed.
- Supervise and oversee the checking and receiving of shipments against actual purchase order, followed by computer entry.
- Ensure inventory is put into the correct location in a timely manner.
- Ensure goods and paperwork are accurate, properly prepared and staged for shipment, facilitating easy loading of the trucks.
- Ensure workspace organization is maintained.
- Ensure goods are inventoried or cycle counted as required, restocking with back stock as needed.
- Oversee and train on proper operation of a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all employees work safely, meeting the requirements of all safety procedures and rules and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required (equivalent experience may be substituted).
- 1 3 years supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
Basic computer skills with data input and order filling accuracy.

The employee may also bend, kneel and use hands and arms. The employee must regularly move up to 70 lbs. with the aid of material handling equipment. The employee also occasionally works near moving mechanical parts in an open warehouse environment. The employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
