At Alltru, our Centralized Processing Specialist schedules timely, accurate and quality loan closings in accordance with credit union standards and state and federal regulations. The Member Operations team serves as a resource for information regarding loan decisions, member loan inquiries, and credit union lending products and services. As a Centralized Processing Specialist, you’ll direct the daily operations and scheduling for loan closings.
In this high-volume, fast-paced environment, the selected candidate will be expected to:
- Prepare loan documentation for consumer loan requests in accordance with loan approval, credit union policies and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate and assist members with providing all required documentation and update borrowers as needed on loan process and outstanding items for closing.
- Obtain and review all due diligence information required in conjunction with the preparation of the loan documents, such as performing UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) and title searches.
- Ensure loan approval stipulations have been cleared and documented prior to closing.
- Coordinate and schedule closings with borrowers.
- Perform final review of appropriate ancillary product offerings with member to ensure member needs are being met.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately and appropriately uploaded in loan origination system.
The successful candidate will have:
- Working knowledge of loan origination process and lending-related regulatory compliance is required.
- Strong interpersonal, organization and communications skills.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Must be detail oriented and be able to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Experience with technology platforms including Jack Henry – Symitar and Synapsys, Meridian Link – Loans PQ and DocuSign preferred.
