We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Allura USA's Roaring River Fiber Cement facility. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing electrical/project engineering support and services to the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of uniform systems that harness best practices and technologies to optimize operations performance.
- Design, specify, budget, plan, schedule, procure, install, and commission capital projects.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve safety, quality, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with project teams and plant personnel to define functional and safety requirements for project scopes.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 5-7 years of applied professional experience in a manufacturing environment is also necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
