Key Objectives:
- Optimize operations performance by implementing uniform systems that harness best practices and technologies.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve safety, quality, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with project teams and plant personnel to define functional and safety requirements for project scopes.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5-7 years of applied professional experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
