Position Overview: As a Medical Assistant at Allure Aesthetics and Medical Spa, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. You will be responsible for rooming patients, assisting with medical procedures, taking and managing patient photos, and helping to maintain the overall workflow of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients and preparing them for procedures
- Assisting medical providers during various treatments and procedures
- Managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Taking and managing patient photos in line with medical spa protocols
- Ensuring proper sanitation and maintenance of equipment and exam rooms
- Managing time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Providing excellent customer service and support to patients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (aesthetic or medical spa experience is a plus)
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Ability to manage patient photos, including taking clear and accurate images
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
