Responsibilities
- Representing Clients In Acquisitions & Dispositions In Both Commercial And Residential Transactions
- Generating Both Buy And Sell Side Leads And Driving New Business
- Maintaining Accurate Information In Company Database
- Attracting New Property Management Clients
- Preparing And Reviewing Lease Agreements For Homes, Apartment Buildings, Office Space, And Retail Properties
- Managing Office, Retail, Commercial, And Multi-Family Properties In Southern California
- Working Together Alongside Upper Management To Increase Client Base And Commission Revenue
- Attending Networking And Industry Events
- Touring Investment Properties With Prospective Clients
- Conducting Market Research
- Preparing Due Diligence Reports For Clients
Requirements
- 2 Years Of Residential Or Commercial Real Estate Experience
- California Real Estate Salesperson Or Brokers License
- Established / Active Client Book Of Buyers, Sellers, And Tenants
- Strong Understanding Of Effective Prospecting And Proven Ability To Obtain New Accounts
