You will play a crucial role in translating business objectives into system requirements, ensuring software solutions align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Business Requirements Gathering – Facilitate requirement discussions using traditional or Business Process and Analysis (BPA) methodologies.
✔ Process Improvement – Identify project risks, stakeholders, and alternative solutions for improved efficiency.
✔ System Requirements Development – Create System Requirement (SRQs) documentation, including process flows and use cases.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements align with technology solutions.
✔ Testing & Validation – Support QA/UAT teams to ensure compliance with business objectives.
✔ Project Reporting – Track project progress, risks, and dependencies while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Top Skills & Experience Required
✅ 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within Telecom/ISP.
✅ Proficiency in JIRA, Salesforce, Report Analysis, and Testing Coordination.
✅ Strong knowledge of business process improvement and stakeholder management.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Certifications preferred).
