- Manage and oversee all aspects of the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, local and federal laws.
- Collaborate with management and outside counsel to review, negotiate, and assess contract risks.
- Oversee liquidated damages, claim management, and change orders.
- Facilitate and implement contract workflows and electronic data management systems.
- Maintain and organize contract-related documents and correspondence.
- Provide clear and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- 5 years in construction contract management, contract administration, and claim/change order management.
- BA/BS required; JD or other advanced degrees/certifications a plus.
- Experience with LevelSet, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on negotiation.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Experience with Federal Contracts highly preferred.
- Experience working in Engineering/Construction or Solution Engineering firms preferred.
- Familiarity with document sharing systems and contract workflow management tools preferred.
- Occasional travel may be required; however, this position is expected to be based out of our Jacksonville office.
- Must be able to pass a TSA background investigation, which includes a criminal history check.
Salary : $78,000 - $118,000
