Job Summary
We are seeking an Infrastructure Developer to join our Team. In this role, you will work closely with tech leads and engineers to enhance and maintain IAM solutions. Your responsibilities will include coding, testing, debugging, and optimizing day-to-day workflows, with a strong focus on security and Tier Zero Directory Service systems deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality applications adhering to the latest coding practices, design patterns, and industry standards.
- Write efficient, well-documented code in compliance with applicable standards.
- Collaborate with tech leads to understand needs, define stories, and contribute to technical designs.
- Lead engineering efforts to deliver robust solutions with a significant business impact.
- Create unit, integration, and functional automation tests; identify and resolve issues discovered during QA or product support.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide insights to enhance team capabilities.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, Terraform, PowerShell, .NET, and more as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in the Microsoft Authentication Stack.
- Proficiency with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong understanding of security concepts, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with:
- PowerShell, Terraform, .NET, MS Graph API, Python.
- Azure Core Services and APIs.
- Active Directory, AD FS, and Entra ID.
- Automation and deployment of Windows Infrastructure.
- Windows Server Operating Systems, Hyper-V, VMware Automation.
- Automated testing, monitoring, and logging within SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to adapt and learn new technologies proactively.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure development and engineering.
- 2 years in designing, implementing, and supporting IAM and SSO solutions.
- 3 years of development experience in .NET, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
- 3 years of experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Familiarity with documentation creation and design thinking methodologies.
- Financial/insurance industry experience is a plus.
