Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of land development projects, from conception to completion.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with architects and planners on design specifications.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to resolve issues.
