We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to support the development, testing, fabrication, and deployment of advanced military systems, including combat vehicles, gun systems, and guided munitions. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge modeling and analysis tools to design, develop, and evaluate electronic and electrical systems for military applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for advanced military systems
- Perform electrical system analysis using tools like PSpice or LTspice
- Create and manage interface control documents, schematics, and interconnect drawings
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, technologies, and services for required deliverables
- Develop product specifications, models, simulations, and technical data packages
- Conduct integration and verification of electrical systems and components
- Provide technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 3 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design and analysis
- Experience creating and interpreting schematics and interconnect drawings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical data and results
- Expertise in circuit simulations using tools like PSpice or LTspice
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, and OrCAD
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C, C#, LabWindows/CVI)
- Experience designing for high EMI environments and rechargeable battery systems
- Systems engineering and manufacturing knowledge
- Experience with wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA)
- Expertise in power generation, conversion, and storage solutions
