Key Responsibilities
- TEM Metrology Data: Support the generation of high-volume TEM metrology data with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Quality Control: Conduct meticulous data screening to identify and resolve errors.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to support process optimization and generate actionable reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration into manufacturing processes.
- Reporting: Deliver concise, data-driven reports to inform decision-making and improve production operations.
- Education: BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics (Required).
- Experience: 4–6 years in manufacturing engineering or metrology roles.
- Metrology Skills: Hands-on experience with critical dimension (CD) measurements or TEM/SEM.
- Semiconductor Knowledge: Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes.
- Technical Expertise: Experience managing and analyzing large datasets with attention to detail.
