Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sourcing strategies to meet business objectives and gain a competitive advantage.
- Select, develop, and consolidate suppliers to enhance sourcing and performance.
- Drive sourcing execution for assigned commodities, ensuring deflation targets are met.
- Perform detailed cost analysis to ensure cost efficiency and quality of components and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead improvement strategies for quality and delivery.
- Collaborate with local business teams to ensure sourcing alignment with business needs.
- Address sourcing process issues related to delivery quality, invoicing, and database management.
- Build and nurture relationships with strategic suppliers for long-term partnerships.
- Lead sourcing initiatives to drive cost productivity and improve processes through digitization and simplification.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or 5 years of relevant work experience in the assigned commodity.
- 3 years of technical experience in assigned commodities.
- 3 years of experience in commercial sourcing or supply chain management.

- Contract Type: 5-month contract (with possibility of extension)
