Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Recruitment Consultant at Allure Creative. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and agencies. You will play a key role in the recruitment process and support the growth of insurance agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
