Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Preparing all required documents for new move-ins and inputting lease data into the accounting system.
- Collecting rent, including past due collections, and assisting in completing renewals.
- Working closely with the Community Manager to operate the property and engage residents in activities programs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of previous property management experience or office management/bookkeeping experience.
- Solid administrative skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional image compatible with Allure Lifestyles.
