Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our multi-state cosmetic medical practice. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to drive business insights and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, connecting to our practice management software to track business KPIs and marketing effectiveness
• Utilize APIs to integrate various enterprise software programs, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
• Create and present data-driven reports to executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with API integration and data connectivity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, R, or SQL)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects independently
• Willingness to learn new software and adapt to evolving technological requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2 years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools and techniques
