The Position:
Allure Medical is currently looking for an eager, professional individual to add to our Communications-Call Center Team. This candidate will provide outstanding customer service to our existing patients, as well as potential patients. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and is capable of working independently. This applicant must have previous experience with Outbound dialing, calling previous and current patients and prospects to secure appointments. In addition to making and receiving calls, this individual will be responsible to multi-task between phone calls and responding to patients via multiple messaging platforms.
The Responsibilities:
- Communications Center Representatives make calls, answer phones, schedule appointments and respond to patient and prospect inquiries.
- Meeting and exceeding our daily minimum outbound dial count-between 300-400 calls
- Navigation of multipe online applications to respond to patient inquiries for scheduling, rescheduling and other general inquiries.
- Call Center Representatives respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products.
- Representatives understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
- On-line chat responses to inquiries
- Respond to various social media posts
- Prepare outgoing and incoming patient communication
The Requirements:
- Previous Outbound Call Center Experience Required; meeting and exceeding daily call count minimums between 300-400 per day.
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
- Ability to multi-task between phone and Internet communications with our patients.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills along with active listening.
- Comfortable handling objections, ability to close an appointment
- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications and the ability to learn additional software’s
- Utilize software’s, and telephone scripts
- Ability to multitask, as well as manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Capable of working independently in an organized, detail-oriented fashion
- Highly professional, personable, and must share our commitment to patient care and service
- Candidate must have a flexible schedule to grow with this company as well as ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations in the area
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Analytical, efficient, and thorough.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
