Allure Medical is a well established aesthetic clinic specializing in advanced anti-aging techniques, cosmetic surgery and both non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Michigan as a TREATMENT COORDINATOR. In this role you will be responsible for meeting with patients to analyze and evaluate each guests needs and expectations in order to recommending the most effective treatment plan.

The TREATMENTCOORDINATOR will educate patients on proposed treatment care plans, including payment options. The TREATMENT COORDINATOR will work in conjunction with the physician(s), Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in establishing and achieving agreed upon goals. This individual will work closely with all staff members, in a highly collaborative environment, to ensure that patient needs, and practice goals are met.

The chosen candidate will not only thrive in a fast-paced, motivated environment but will also demonstrate an unwavering dedication to patient satisfaction. Must possess strong listening skills, excellent follow-up technique and a proven sales track record, in addition to the ability to articulate technical and medical information clearly to non-medical clientele. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, and new business prospecting
• Experience in cosmetic or medical office a plus
• Minimum two years of sales experience required
• Ability to motivate and influence
• Proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals
• Proven track record for working as part of a highly collaborative patient management team
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Coachable
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to listen effectively and understand patient needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and is energetic, reliable, and flexible
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through and exceptional organization skills
• Ability to provide friendly, timely service to all patients with questions or concerns
• Position requires a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding procedures offered
• Assess needs. Consult with and present benefits and features of services and
• procedures.
• Follow-up consultations with phone calls, letters, and literature.
• Provide weekly tracking reports on consultation status
• Contact patients who did not schedule surgery to evaluate conflict and address issues.
• Retain patient by recommending other services such as non-surgical treatments, skincare consultation, or laser services.
• Maintain contact with patients throughout entire experience to ensure a positive experience.
• Promote aesthetician and skin care services to patients.
• All duties and responsibilities stated are essential job functions. Staff members will be required to perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

• Ability to multi-task, moving effortlessly from one project to another
• Maintain communication with doctor and all team members
• Assists with rooming patients and taking photos
• May be required to perform other related duties for which qualified

Job Type: Full-time
