The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for offering quality of life services. Examples of Nursing Assistant responsibilities :
- Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting and showering.
- Responding immediately to calls from residents for assistance and alert nurse of any change in conditions
- Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and keep physical strength by encouraging and assisting with tasks.
- Replacing linens on beds and assisting residents with keeping rooms clean interaction with residents each day
