Responsibilities :
Instructional Design and Training Delivery
- Design and develop engaging training programs and workshops tailored to various levels of the organization.
- Deliver engaging enablement and learning programs, including workshops, webinars, ITL, e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and Department heads to create relevant and impactful training content.
- Leverage various learning technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage the full lifecycle of training, learning and engagement programs, from needs assessment through design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Design evaluation and tracking tools to measure training effectiveness, track participation rates and report on overall program progress.
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data analysis.

The Principal, Enablement and Learning Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing training programs and engagement strategies to increase employee knowledge and effectiveness. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored learning experiences that drive individual and organizational success. Being successful in this role requires a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We use multiple software solutions, and you will need to become proficient in all of them, so a quick learner with the ability to move seamlessly between them is desired.
As the Principal, Enablement and Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that help our employees grow professionally and personally. You will ensure our Enablement & Learning initiatives are aligned with our strategic goals and are effectively engaging our workforce. A significant part of your role will involve using platforms such as Docebo, Lattice and ADP (reporting) to create an interactive and data-driven development experience.
