Responsibilities :
- Participates with sales and scoping team in their efforts with potential and existing clients, assisting in qualifying the prospect based on their needs, and then ultimately approving the scope of work
- Provides leadership and direction in projects, or escalated support matters in order to effectively resolve
- Establishes new processes, guidelines and methodologies to ensure successful implementations based on evolving product capabilities, new industry focuses, and a growing global presence.
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with Allvues plans and vision.
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Travel requirement of 20-25%.
- Participate in Professional Services projects as needed and required.

Job Summary :
The Manager- Investor Solutions is responsible for effectively managing projects, providing solutions design, and implementing and generating project results for the Allvue Investor Solutions product suite. The Manager is responsible for the performance of their team of Implementation Associates and Specialists and ensures that company objectives and goals are met.
