Responsibilities
· Manage and organize office files, documents and reports
· Handel phone calls, emails and correspondence
· Schedule appoints and meetings
· Assist with data entry and report preparation
· Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
· Prior Administrative experience preferred.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel. Outlook)
· Knowledge of QuickBooks
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently as well as a teamwork environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
