We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our Allwel team. The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing our Care Partners, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. As a Nurse Supervisor, the successful incumbent will be proficient in leadership, communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and direction to our PCAs and HHAs (who we call Care Partners)
· Complete Administrative Tasks - Care plans, MD orders, Care Partner Supervisions etc.
· Act as a liaison between medical staff, administrative team, and patient care team.
· Oversee patient care plans, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively implemented.
· Demonstrate awareness of legal and regulatory guidelines and skill in staffing and supervisory functions.
· Provide education and training to staff on clinical procedures, protocols, and best practices.
· Handle patient and family inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution.

Requirements:
- License/Certification: Active NYS RN License required.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years nursing experience in home health care
