What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beacon Place Coordinator position at Allwell Behavioral Health Services?
The individual in this position will be responsible for the day to day running of the drop-in center in Zanesville, Ohio.
- Coordinates Staff Schedule with Liaison
- Coordinates volunteer schedule and use of facility
- Reports maintenance needs to Liaison
- Reports any emergency maintenance needs directly to Maintenance
- Reviews concerns, complaints, needs, etc.
- Trains new staff and volunteers
- Meets with Liaison on regular basis
- Works with staff to establish and implement policies
- May make weekly deposits and send all receipts & deposits slips to Liaison
- Holds staff meetings and sets agenda with Liaison
- Collects membership dues and maintains record of payments; Maintains petty cash fund
- Directs purchases of approved supplies
- Submits bills to Liaison
- Maintains accurate, current, legible records, and paperwork/files
- May work with Liaison and staff to establish annual budget
- Prepares monthly financial reports and shares reports at meetings
- Works with other staff to establish and implement policies.
- Maintains backup file system of all financial reports.
- Set and maintain a monthly activity calendar
- Complete safety drills and maintain records
- Complete membership expectations/rules with each client/member
- Maintain cleanliness of facility/grounds
