What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Receptionist position at Allwell Behavorial Health Services?
The Administrative Receptionist facilitates the efficient operation of the Administration front desk by performing front desk tasks as well as a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for senior leadership.
This is a single incumbent position requiring a high degree of professionalism and problem solving.
- High school graduate or equivalent with previous experience in similar positions.
- Must have the ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
- Proficient in the operation of office equipment, such as: telephones, copiers, fax machines, postage meter, etc.
- Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Must present a professional and courteous demeanor to all clients, visitors, and staff.
- Exercises sound judgment in performing routine duties covered by standard procedures. The work is well defined and subject to supervision or precedent when problems occur.
