What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Lawn Care Supervisor/Job Coach position at Allwell Behavorial Health Services?
Performs grounds keeping duties and oversees the training of mentally disabled workers enrolled at CORE. Troubleshoots and repairs equipment. Assists CORE rehabilitation staff with the implementation of the treatment plans for persons served.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Has good understanding of approved grounds keeping practices.
- Must possess valid Ohio driver’s license and be ALLWELL insurable.
- Must possess skills in tractor operation and repair, lawn care experience and supervision skills.
- Possess a comfort level with mentally disabled individuals.
- Mechanical ability.
- CPR and First Aid certified within 30-days of employment.
- Exercise judgment in performing duties that require lawn care and mechanical skills.
- Exercise judgment in seeking timely assistance from CORE staff concerning mental health interventions.
- Control schedules, equipment and materials.
- Charges fuel and supplies to ALLWELL accounts.
- Assures efficient and effective use of time and ability of workers.
