The OpportunityWe're looking for a results-oriented executive with proven experience managing teams in SaaS or e-commerce technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling business growth through implementing effective processes and structure in both established companies and startups. This role reports directly to the CEO and will oversee multiple critical business functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and build foundations for rapid, sustainable growth
- Manage and optimize Engineering, Product, and Release Management teams
- Lead Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure exceptional client experiences
- Manage P&L, AR, AP, budgeting, forecasting, and other critical financial aspects of the company
- Develop and implement scalable business operations and methodologies
- Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define company strategy and roadmap
- Establish partnerships with vendors and strategic partners
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality product delivery
- 15 years of leadership experience in SaaS, or e-commerce technology companies
- Proven success as COO, General Manager, or similar executive role with P&L responsibility
- Strong background in multiple areas: Engineering Management, Product Development, Customer Success, and Business Operations
- Experience with fundraising, cash flow management, financial reporting, financial controls and processes
- Strong technical understanding of software development life cycles
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations in high-growth environments
- Track record of building and leading technology and operations teams
- Expertise in developing processes and methodologies that drive business growth
- Background in managing complex client relationships with customers of all sizes
