The Role:
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at AllWork®, you will lead the technological vision, strategy, and execution of a rapidly growing SaaS company specializing in workforce management and payment solutions. This role requires a visionary leader with hands-on technical expertise to scale the company’s technology infrastructure, deliver innovative products, and ensure a seamless experience for clients and users.
The CTO will work closely with the executive team to align the company’s technology roadmap with its business goals and drive growth from $20M to $100M . This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance technical leadership with hands-on problem-solving.

\n- Define and execute the technology strategy to support the company’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a third-party technical team of over 30 individuals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the development and delivery of a complex B2B SaaS product, payroll, and payment services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs and customer feedback.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in coding and architecture design, as needed, to drive technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.
- Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential application to enhance product offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
- Establish and manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within a SaaS or payments company.
- Demonstrated success in scaling a company’s revenue from $20M to over $50M.
- Deep understanding of complex product development and deployment in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on technical expertise with the ability to code, troubleshoot, and architect solutions.
- Experience in workforce management or HR tech is highly desirable.
- Track record of managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing technical teams of 30 individuals.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate at a code level, assisting and coordinating debugging of complex problems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and partners.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development and architecture.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or leadership methodologies are a plus.
