· Pega Senior System Architect Certification required.
· Pega Robotics Automation experience desired.
· A highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.
· Experience with systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, and deployment as well as application support for various applications.
· Experience leading the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes.
· Experience reviewing solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organization guidelines/benchmarks and industry best practices.
· Advanced knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations.
· Demonstrated ability to solve complex system/integration problems through innovative solutions.
