Job Summary : Our Clinical Directors provide leadership and organizational management by overseeing all therapeutic services and client programs in their center. They foster the long-term development and growth of the clinical programming of the company and guide all center staff members in their professional growth.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals / progress with your team of Behavior TechniciansMeet weekly 15 billable hour requirement as CD, 20 billable hour requirement as ACDLead intake Meetings with new clients and familiesConduct and score initial (and ongoing) cases using appropriate tools for yourself and your BCBAsTrain and supervise an average caseload of 3 clients and Technicians at capacityProvide supervision for BCBA / BCaBAs and Behavior TechniciansDevelop parent training goals and lead parent training meetingsCollaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate the therapy of shared clientsProvide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessaryAttend team meetings as scheduledMaintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocolMaintain open communication with families and clinical teams to ensure the most effective treatment and goalsExperiential & Certification Requirements :
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field requiredBCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board requiredValid state licensing for location(s) of practice required5 years of BCBA experience supervising behavior technicians in providing ABA therapy to children with autism required5 years of demonstrated managerial and training experience requiredBLS Certification (or willingness to complete training course upon hire)Ability to be on-site from 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Monday through Friday requiredReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseMust submit to a federal, state, and county background checkPhysical Requirements :
