Ally Behavior is looking for a Physician Liaison who can establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals in the community so we can reliably expand our network of children and families we serve. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between pediatric providers and our services through sharing our story. When training is complete you will spend the majority of your days meeting with physicians. We are looking for an independent and enthusiastic individual who is happy to spend most of their time doing outreach in the territories we serve.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and adhere to a regularly structured schedule of contact and outreach
- Excel at follow-up and building meaningful relationships to help potential referral sources understand the types of children Ally serves and how to best connect those families with our services and program
- Educate medical providers, therapists and educators who serve the pediatric community of Ally's mission, service offerings, process, enrollment availability, and time sensitive updates
- Maintain regular touchpoints and contact with the provider community. Examples of items to discuss in these conversations include
- Review case studies
- Updates on client outcomes and progress
- Discuss center updates and enrollment availability
- Function independently and interact with targets within 45 minutes of each center in Maryland and Virginia
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and categorization in CRM
- Develop and manage a 6 week forward-looking calendar of events across territory
- Coordinate events both internally and externally to ensure interactions are engaging, well attended and drive lead generation.
- Clearly communicate objectives, strategy and expectations for each event with Director of Growth and other Executives
- Willingness to support the overall sales process, work towards goals and report on achievements to team
- Fulfill additional marketing responsibilities that include but are not limited to developing new marketing materials, organize special events geared towards the referral community and distributing collaboration of care reports for providers who have patients enrolled with Ally
Skill Sets & Ideal Qualifications:
- Polished, energetic, outgoing person who can be an ambassador for Ally Behavior Centers
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing and/or Communication with relevant experience
- 2 Years of internal or external sales/marketing experience is required, 1 to 2 Years of health care or ABA experience is a plus!
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain and cultivate relationships within a professional capacity
- Comfortable with daily accountability on key metrics, including account touchpoints, events scheduled, leads generated, and new clients referred
- Unique ability to adapt and overcome external relationship issues for positive outcomes
- Self-motivated and want to move up and grow with an ever-expanding company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve our company's mission
- Strong and fluent written and oral communication skills. This should shine through in your cover letter - show us your style and professionalism.
- Must be able to pass MD/VA state and FBI background check in addition to a sex offender background check
