Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients struggling with substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and support systems.
- Serve as a case manager, coordinating care and resources for clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources and support services.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Valid CADC and TCM certification and/or relevant licensure required.
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of community resources and support services.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.
