We are looking for a Home / Field Manager to join our team supporting our Tampa market. The Home Manager is the primary point of contact for our builder partners, ensuring a seamless, timely and successful delivery of solutions in all product categories.
Home / Field Manager Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects / subcontractors for timely and accurate installation of products.
- Act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams.
- Perform onsite inspections for quality control prior to installation and communicate progress to Project Coordinators, Department Managers and Builder partners.
- Identify issues such as conflicting measurements, delays, emergencies, etc. and provide solutions, changes and / or corrections.
- Follow up to ensure completion, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home construction
- Excellent technical skills with an understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate, delegate and monitor multiple projects with little supervision.
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
