Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of Accounts Receivable transactions to customer accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintains Accounts Receivable inbox
- Ensure bank statement accuracy
- Notify pricing of import deposits
- Assist in cash reconciliations
- Resolve and research payments and deposits from all departments
- Research process, load, and post checks received through lockbox
- Maintain the lockboxes, address any issues
- Process ACH and Check returns
- Reconcile customers’ accounts
- Process ACH NACHA payment files
- Support other accounting functions as needed
- High School or equivalent degree is required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience required
- Experience in AP/AR desirable
- Industry experience desirable
- Ability to support all functions of Accounting
