As An Application Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For
- Daily interaction required with local Operations Management, Product Line Technical Support and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met.
- Providing direct instruction on deployment of Wellbore Construction tools.
- Providing resolution to a range of complex problems at the wellsite where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tools/services.
- Assisting regional engineers conducting Failure Analysis to analyze failures, determine root cause, and corrective actions.
- Developing customer root cause analysis report on failure mode effects and criticality analysis, cause mapping, fault trees, and problem solving
- Leading customer response teams when high impact failures are encountered.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree (with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- 3 years of experience in technical support (relating to oil field).
- Experience in Wellbore Construction
