As a DCF Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
Have a high school diploma/GED, bachelor degree is preferred
7-10 years experience working in DCF
3-5 Years Experience Working As Service Coordinator Is Preferred
Prior field experience is required
Demonstrate good experience in Resource Management
Past experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Able to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills
Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

As a DCF Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution
- Interacting with the customer service managers on issues escalation Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation
- Oversee the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries
- Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
- Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
