As Order Entry Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing team resources efficiently to drive effective Order Entry support across NAL
- Ensuring lapse time for creating Sales Orders in SAP/JC and PGI is less than 48hrs respectively
- Driving process standardization and 100% OMS / Job Center adoption
- Issuing reports through the month to drive visibility into monthly pacing
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- SAP proficiency
- 7 years of experience in Materials Management, Customer Service, Billing & Collections, Procurement, or Manufacturing
- 3 years of Supervisory experience
- Proficient in Excel and data analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be based out of Sugar Land office Tue-Thu during regular business hours
