The role is responsible to perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Overseeing and managing of front-line manufacturing employees (Typically managing hourly employee populations)
- Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million
- Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge
- Defining processes, IT tools, trainings, value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community
- Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have 5 years of relevant experience
- Display an advanced mechanical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and be able to develop solutions
- Have Bachelor in engineering from an accredited university
