Ally Financial is seeking a passionate, creative individual to join its human-centered design studio, TM Studio. TM Studio is a concept testing studio where employees utilize design thinking and other human-centered design methodologies to build empathy with consumers, brainstorm solutions, and rapidly prototype and test concepts. The innovation strategist will be a key contributor to the creation of new, differentiated solutions for consumers that ensure the future success of Ally business lines. You will help drive strategic direction of financial products and services by leveraging human centered design processes, while also ensuring operational accountability through sprint goals, planning, and facilitation. You will have frequent exposure to senior leadership, key executives, and all consumer lines of business.
Salary : $91,200 - $116,000
