Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. You will play a crucial role in assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality massage therapy services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
- Provide a range of massage therapies including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments provided and progress made.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa environment to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and pain management strategies.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the treatment area.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.

Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in patient service with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical examinations as part of the assessment process.
- Familiarity with pain management techniques is preferred.
- Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in massage therapy techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $140.00 per hour & 100% Tips

Expected hours: 9 – 50 per week
