Assistant Clinical Director

Ally Pediatric Therapy, a specialty clinic for children with autism and other childhood disorders is looking for a Clinical Director to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership Management = Accountability
• Embody and model the Core Values and set and maintain high standards for adherence to clinical systems and expectations
• Manage: Set expectations for team and set team members up for success through high quality training and support
• Coach, provide feedback and document conversations regarding staff performance as it relates to clinical quality and case management
• Serve as RBT Requirements Coordinator and ensure all RBTs in clinic receive 5% supervision each month
• Ensure minimum assessments are conducted for all RBTs in BST Perform
• Clinical Quality
• Evaluate treatment plans to ensure outcomes produce meaningful progress and progression of programs (SCRs and non LBA BCBAs)
• Develop strong rapport with families, clients, and all staff
• Identify quality assurance issues and partner in remediation plans as needed
• Partner with the Residency Program for task assignments and training
• Oversee Sr RBT Training & Development each month
• Operational Excellence
• Partner with Clinical Director or Senior Clinical Director, Clinic Operations Manager and Intake Team on client Intake and onboarding
• Partner with Clinical Director or Senior Clinical Director on new client consults and caseload planning for BCBAs
• Partner with Scheduling Coordinator on staffing assignments for clients
• Administrative
• Ensure adherence to all Ally handbooks, policies, processes, and responsibilities and other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Must be licensed in Arizona and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
• Must be able to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plans
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
• Must complete 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
• Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
• 1 year of supervised BCBA work experience and 5 years of behavioral work (with children) experience preferred
• Must hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance
• Experience working as a BCBA in a therapy program for children with autism
• Experience with staff and parent training
• Experience with supervision of BCBAs and RBTs
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. Candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety
