Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and mentor a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure performance goals are met
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and overall patient experience
- Monitor quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and community organizations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical operations management
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of organizational goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (or related experience)
- Experience in Operation/Business management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including strong fluency with Excel
